Amazon Saheli: A Program For Regional Women Entrepreneurs

In November 2017, Amazon.in launched a dedicated storefront for regional women across India to sell local handicrafts on their website called "the Saheli Store." It is an initiative to help these women get access to new markets in the country as well as abroad with the use of Amazon India's minimal cost e-commerce service designed for them. This will generate employment opportunities for women and make them financially independent.
