"The Board of Directors have recommended a dividend of Rs. 27/- (270%) per Ordinary share of Rs. 10 each, which shall be paid after the Annual General Meeting, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting," said the company in a stock exchange filing.

The company's 88th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Tuesday, July 1, 2025.

"The Company has fixed the Record Date as Tuesday, June 10, 2025, for payment of dividend, subject to approval of shareholders at the forthcoming 88th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025. If the dividend on equity shares, as recommended by the Board of Directors, is approved at the forthcoming AGM, such dividend will be paid, subject to deduction of tax at source, as applicable, on or after Wednesday, July 2, 2025, as under: i. To all beneficial owners in respect of shares held in dematerialized form as per details furnished by the depositories for this purpose as of the close of business hours on Tuesday, June 10, 2025; ii. To all members in respect of shares held in physical form after giving effect to valid transmission or transposition requests lodged with the Company as of the close of business hours on Tuesday, June 10, 2025," said Tata Investment Corporation in a stock exchange filing on 12th May.

Book Closure Update By Tata Investment Corporation

"Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, June 11, 2025 to Wednesday, June 18, 2025 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of the 88th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and payment of dividend subject to tax deducted at source, if approved by the Members of the Company at the AGM. The dividend, if approved by the members at the ensuing AGM will be paid on or after Wednesday, July 2, 2025," Tata Investment Corporation informed stock exchanges on Monday.

Tata Investment Corporation Q4 Results

According to the corporation, its fourth-quarter net profit, which ended on March 31, 2025, decreased 37.7% YoY to Rs 37.7 crore. For the corresponding quarter of the prior fiscal year, Tata Investment Corporation earned a net profit of Rs 60.5 crore, according to a regulatory filing. In Q4FY25, the company's revenues from operations dropped 71.2% to Rs 16.4 crore from Rs 57 crore in Q4FY24. The March 2025 quarter saw a 24% increase in overall expenses to Rs 10.02 crore. EBITDA decreased 84.75% from Rs. 49.64 crore in Q4FY24 to Rs. 7.57 crore in Q4FY25.

Net profit dropped 18.93% to Rs 312.09 crore in the year that ended in March 2025 from Rs 384.96 crore in the year that ended in March 2024. Sales in FY25 dropped 20.37% to Rs 305.08 crore from Rs 383.12 crore in FY24.
