IRCON International Ltd

IRCON International, a Navratna public-sector enterprise specialising in turnkey construction projects, has secured a significant order worth Rs. 127.80 crore from the North Western Railway, Indian Railways. This contract involves comprehensive work, including signalling and telecommunication, reinforcing IRCON's position in railway infrastructure development.

"Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ['SEBI (LODR) Regulations"], it is to inform that Ircon International Limited (IRCON) through its Joint Venture with M/s SSNR Projects Private Limited (i.e., IRCON-70% and SSNR-30% [IRCON-SSNR JV]) } has been awarded the Letter of Award (LOA) for the project floated by Rail Vikas Nigam Limited." the company said in an exchange filing.

Additionally, IRCON's joint venture has been awarded an EPC contract valued at Rs. 1,096 crore by the Government of Meghalaya for constructing a new Secretariat Complex in New Shillong City.

IRCON shares at the end of Friday's close ended in the green at Rs. 149.20, rising 2.4%.

Nureca Ltd

Nureca Technologies Private Limited, part of Nureca Limited, has completed its yearly registration with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This means Nureca Technologies is authorized to continue making and exporting medical devices to the United States. Ashoka Buildcon Ltd

Ashoka Buildcon bagged a Rs. 568.86 crore railway project under the Central Railway's gauge conversion initiative. The project encompasses construction activities over a 53.3-km stretch between Pachora and Jamner, excluding Pachora Yard and road over bridges. The project is expected to be completed in 30 months.

This multibagger stock last traded on Friday at Rs. 186.79, up by 0.39%.

Tata Power Ltd & NTPC Ltd

Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited, a subsidiary of Tata Power Company Limited, has signed a Power Purchase Agreement with NTPC Limited to develop a 200 MW firm and dispatchable renewable energy project.

The project will be spread across multiple locations in India and is expected to be completed within 24 months. Once fully operational, it will generate approximately 1,300 million units (MUs) of clean energy every year. With this new project, Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited (TPREL) has reached a total renewable energy capacity of 10.9 GW.

On Friday, April 11, Tata Power shares closed at Rs. 364.90, up 1.86%, while NTPC shares ended at Rs. 359.70, rising 2.96%.
