Small Cap Textiles Company Recommends 30% Final Dividend, Shares Jump 50.65% In 6 Months
S.P. Apparels Limited, a textiles sector company, at a Board meeting held on Aug 11, 2023, announced that the Board of Directors of the company has recommended a final dividend of Rs 3 per Share (30%) on the face value of Rs 10/- each for the financial year 2022-23. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the annual general meeting (AGM), which will take place on Sept 22, 2023.
"The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3.00 per Share (30%) on the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31.03.2023. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of the Annual General Meeting," the Board said in an exchange filing.

Meanwhile, the scrip closed 2.86% lower at Rs 446.15 per share with highs and lows of Rs 469.20 and Rs 441.20, respectively. Its 52-week high is Rs 505.20 per share and its 52-week low is Rs 273 per share. It has a market cap of Rs 1,119.51 Crore.
The scrip has fallen 0.10% in the last one week, while in the last one month, it jumped 1.06%. In 3 and 6 months, the scrip performed well compared to Sensex, given 16.66% in 3 months and 50.6%% in 6 months. In 1 year, it gained 8.14%, and 38.75% in 2 years, respectively. It has given maximum 510.33% positive return in 3 years. In 5 years, it has given 35.69% positive return.

These are manufactured at integrated facilities that allow providing end-to-end garment manufacturing services from greige fabric to finished products.
