As per the regulatory filing of the company, "Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 2nd March, 2023 have considered and approved the payment of Interim Dividend at Rs. 1.50/- per Equity Share i.e. 75% on face value of Rs. 2/-per share for the Financial Year 2022-23. The Record Date for determining the Members eligible to receive aforesaid Interim Dividend is Wednesday, 15th March, 2023."
