Small Cap Stock To Turn Ex-Dividend On Sept 22 For 43% Final Dividend Payout; Know More
Small cap packaging company Jindal Poly Films Ltd. fixes Friday, Sept 22, 2023, as the record date for a Final Dividend of 43% i.e. Rs 4.30/- per Equity Share each fully paid up for FY 2022-23.
The Final Divided is subject to approval by the members of the company at the 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) that is scheduled on Friday, September 29, 2023, at 02:00 P.M. (IST).

"The Company has fixed Friday, September 22, 2023, as the "Cut-off Date"/ the Record Date for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the AGM and to attend the AGM and for entitlement of Final Dividend for F.Y 2022-23. The dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid within ten days from the conclusion of the AGM. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books shall remain closed from 23rd September 2023 to 29th September 2023(both days inclusive)," the Board of Directors of the company said in a filing.
"The Board has recommended the Final Dividend of 43% i.e., Rs. 4.30/- (Rupees Four and Thirty Paisa only) per equity share each fully paid up for the Financial Year 202-23, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting," the Board said in a regulatory filing on May 30, 2023.
The shares of Jindal Poly Films on Monday closed 0.59% or Rs 4.05 lower at Rs 677.55 per share on the BSE with day's high of Rs 690.10 and day's low of Rs 674.80.
