The Board of Directors of KDDL Ltd. in their BSE filing on March 09, 2023, said, "Please be informed that the Board of Directors of KDDL Limited at its meeting held on Thursday, 9th March, 2023 has, inter alia, considered and declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share (i.e. 20%) of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year 2022-23. The Record Date for determining the Members, eligible to receive aforesaid Interim Dividend is Tuesday, 21st March 2023. The Interim Dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration in terms of the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013."
