An Interim dividend of Rs.6/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each (60%) has already been paid during Feb, 2023 (Totaling to Rs.12/- per equity shares (120%)), the dividend will be paid / dispatched within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting."

Thangamayil Jewellery Announces 1:1 Bonus Share: According to the BSE filing of the company, "We further inform you that the Board has recommended issue of Bonus shares at the ration of 1:1 to the existing Shareholders as on the record date to be fixed after the ensuring AGM to be held on 24th July, 2023 duly approved by the Shareholders of the company."
