Rs 5/Share Final Dividend: Small Cap Stock Hit 52-Week High Ahead Of Ex-Dividend, Up 17.5% In 2 week

Semac Consultants Limited (Formerly Known as Revathi Equipment Limited) hit a new 52-week high at Rs 2000 apiece on the BSE. The stock is set to trade ex-dividend next week. The Board of Directors of the company in a meeting held on Sept 13, fixed the record date as Wednesday, Sept 27, 2023. It is a small-cap company with a market cap of Rs 595.03 Crore.

The Board in its meeting held on May 24, 2023, recommended a final dividend of Rs 5 per share on the face value of Rs 10 each on the equity shares of the Company for the FY 2022-23. The said dividend is subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.

"the Record Date has been fixed as Wednesday, 27th September, 2023 for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of Members to the Final Dividend of ₹5/- per equity share on the face value of ₹10/- each on the equity shares of the Company for the FY 2022-23 recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on May 24, 2023. If the final dividend as recommended by the board of directors is approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, payment of such dividend will be made within 30 days from the date of approval by the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting," the Board said in a filing.

Semac Consultants' shares on Thursday closed 1.41% higher at Rs 1,940.15 apiece after hitting a new 52-week high on the BSE. Its 52-week high is Rs 2000 apiece and 52-week low is Rs 815.05 apiece, respectively.

The stock jumps 4.25% in 1 week, 24.93% in 1 month and 56.98% in 6 months, respectively. The stock gained 94.02% in 1 year. It gave 230.24% multibagger return in 2 years. It gave 341.09% in 3 years, and 331.14% in 5 years, respectively.
