Rs 2.50/Share Dividend: Small Cap Stock Fixes Record Date On Sept 09 For Final Dividend
Small Cap Construction company PSP Projects Ltd. has fixed the record date for the final dividend of Rs 2.50/- per equity share as Saturday, Sept 02, 2023. The said dividend will be paid (if approved) on or after Sept 09, 2023, but before 30 days from the date of the AGM. The Board on a meeting on May 18, 2023, recommended a final dividend of Rs 2.50/- per share final dividend for the financial year 2022-23.

"we would like to inform that the record date for determining the entitlement of shareholders for the purpose of payment of Final Dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2023 and for the ensuing Fifteenth (15th) Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the company is Saturday, September 2, 2023," the Board of Directors of the company said in a filing.
They added, "The final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors, if approved at the ensuing AGM, will be paid on or after September 9, 2023 but before 30 days from the date of the AGM (subject to deduction of tax at source)."
In another exchange filing on May 18, 2023, the Board of Directors said, "Recommended a final dividend of Rs 2.50/- per equity share of the company for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 15th Annual General Meeting of the company."
On Friday, the shares closed 0.38% lower at Rs 789.70 on BSE. It hit intraday highs and lows of Rs 807.85 and Rs 778.95, respectively. Its 52-week high is Rs 822 per share and 52-week low is Rs 560.20 per share, respectively. The market cap of the stock is Rs 2,842.92 Crore.
