Midcap NBFC Stock Recommends Final Dividend Of Rs 20/Share, Shares Falls 5.19%
Midcap NBFC, Shriram Finance Ltd. in its Board Meeting held on April 27, 2018, recommended a final dividend of Rs. 20 per share of face value of Rs. 10 each for the financial year 2022-23. The shares of the company fell 5.19% on Friday, a day after the company released its Q4FY23 ended in March 2023.

"Recommended a final dividend of Rs.20/- per share of face value of Rs.10/- each fully paid-up (i.e. 200%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2023. This is in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs.15/- per equity share already paid on January 13, 2023," Shriram Finance said in an exchange filing.
