Midcap Gas Transmission Stock To Soon Consider Dividend, Fixes Record Date On 1st Sept
Gujarat State Petronet Ltd. in an exchange filing on Friday, Aug 11, has fixed Sept 01, 2023, as record date for payment of dividend. The dividend will be paid on or before Oct 13, 2023, according to the filing by the Board of Directors.
"the 25h Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 14th September, 2023 at 3.00 P.M. through Video Conferencing ("VC")/Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM), in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India," the Board said in an exchange filing.
