Midcap Banking Stock Hits 52-Week High After Bank Sets Record Date For Dividend, Up 148.53% In 1 Yr

Midcap Scheduled Commercial Bank, J&K Bank has informed that the Board of Directors of the Bank in their meeting held today i.e., July 24, 2023, have fixed record date as Wednesday, Aug 16, 2023, for Rs 0.50/share dividend payout.

On May 05, 2023, the board recommended a dividend of Rs 0.50 per equity share of Re. 1/- each fully paid up for the year ended March 31, 2023.

"the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 04th/5th May, 2023 has recommended a dividend of Rs.0.50 per equity share of Re. 1/- each fully paid up for the year ended March 31, 2023, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Bank," the bank said in an exchange filing on May 05, 2023.

On Monday, the share price closed 4.89% down at Rs 70.83 apiece on BSE. It hit 52-week high today at Rs 77 apiece and 52-week low is Rs 26.96 apiece. The stock has fallen 1.32% in the past 1 week. It gained 25.36% in 1 month, 36.82% in 3 months, and 27.28% in 6 months, respectively.
