Board of Tata Group Stock, Voltas Ltd on Wednesday declared 425% dividend for the year 2022-23. The company declared a 21.7% YoY dip in consolidated net profit at Rs 143.2 core for the fourth quarter that ended March 31, 2023. The large cap consumer durables sector stock declared a net profit of Rs 183 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Voltas total revenue for the March quarter declared at Rs 2956.8 crore during the period under review, up 10.9% against Rs 2667 crore in the corresponding period of previous year. The stock is currently trading 13% away from its 52-week low price. Check details below:

The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 12.00 noon and concluded at 6.15 p.m."
