Kotak Mahindra Bank Sets Record Date For Final Dividend: According to the BSE filing of Kotak Mahindra Bank dated July 13, 2023, "Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Friday, August 4, 2023 has been fixed as the 'Record Date', for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to receive dividend on the equity shares, for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, as recommended by the Board of Directors of the Bank at its Meeting held on Saturday, April 29, 2023. The dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid on or before Friday, August 25, 2023."

Final Dividend: Earlier this year on April 29, 2023 the banking company stated in its exchange filing, "Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited ("Bank") have, at their meeting held today, inter alia, recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per Equity Share of the face value of Rs. 5/- each, out of the net profits for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank."
