IT Stock Fixes March 25 Record Date For Rs 7.50 Dividend: Technicals Flash Warning; Buy Or Wait?

Following the Board's announcement of the third interim dividend for FY25, Ksolves India's shares closed the day Friday 2.03% down on the BSE at Rs 452 per share.

"We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e., Wednesday, March 19, 2025, inter-alia considered and declared 3rd interim dividend of Rs.7.50/- per share for the financial year 2024- 25 on its fully paid-up Equity share Capital of the Company. The Dividend shall be paid within the statutory time limit to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names would appear on the Register of Members of the Company as on the Record date fixed i.e. March 25, 2024," said Ksolves India in a regulatory filing.

According to Moneycontrol, the company's December 2024 quarter net sales of Rs 37.51 crore represented a 33.27% growth over the December 2023 quarter's net sales of Rs 28.15 crore. In the quarter that ended in December 2024, its net profit was Rs. 10.17 crore, increasing 15.01% from Rs. 8.84 crore in the quarter that ended in December 2023. EBITDA improved 16.27% from Rs. 12.05 crore in Q3FY24 to Rs. 14.01 crore in Q3FY25.

"KSolves India stock price is bearish on the Daily charts with strong resistance at 480. A Daily close below support of 426 could lead to a target of 322 in the near term," commented A R Ramachandran, Independent Research Analyst.
