4. By when should salaried individuals ideally file their returns to avoid last-minute rush?

Salaried individuals are advised to file their ITRs well before the July 31, 2025 deadline to avoid last-minute rush and potential technical glitches. Ideally, filing should be done soon after receiving Form 16 from the employer, which is typically issued by mid-June.
