Five leading companies have announced record date for dividend in last five days. These companies are Asian Paints, HCL Technologies, Maharashtra Scooters, Infosys, and Bajaj Holdings & Investment Ltd. Some of these companies are offering investors attractive dividend of up to 1100%. Check details below:

1. HCL Technologies Fixes Record Date For Dividend: Last trading price of HCL Technologies share is Rs 1304.90 on BSE with intraday gain of 1.66%. The company has a market capitalisation of Rs 3,54,106.16 crore. HCL Technologies stock offered shareholders return of 11% in last 1-month, soared 21% in last 6-months, and rallied 42% in last 1-year.

According to the BSE filing of the company dated September 15, 2023, "We would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, October 12, 2023 to consider amongst others: 1) Un- audited Financial Results of the Company for quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2023; 2) Payment of 3rd Interim dividend for the financial year 2023-24." The Record Date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the payment of the aforesaid interim dividend shall be October 20, 2023, subject to the approval of the interim dividend by the Board of Directors.

2. Asian Paints: Last trading price of Asian Paints stock is Rs 3196.60 per share with intraday fall of 1.32% as on September 15. Asian Paints share fell 2.96% in last 3-months and gained 13% in last 6-months. The company's market capitalisation is Rs 3,06,617.17 crore.

According to the BSE filing of the company issued on September 15, "This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 26th October, 2023, inter alia, to consider the following: 1. Approval of audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ending 30th September, 2023; 2. Approval of unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ending 30th September, 2023; and; 3. Declaration of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year ending 31st March, 2024."
It is further informed that the record date for payment of interim dividend, if declared, will be Friday, 3rd November, 2023.

3. Infosys: Last trading price of Infosys share is Rs 1512.25 per share with intraday gain of 0.37%. The company has a market capitalisation of Rs 6,27,637.87 crore. Infosys shares gained 17% in last 3-months, fell 11% in last 2-years, and surged 105% in last 5-years.

According to the BSE filing of Infosys dated September 14, "Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, October 11 and 12, 2023 inter alia to: 1. Approve and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries as per Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS) for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2023; 2. Approve and take on record the audited standalone financial results of the Company as per INDAS for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2023; 3. Approve and take on record the audited financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries as per INDAS and IFRS for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2023 and 4. Consider declaration of interim dividend, if any."

Bajaj Holdings Sets Record Date For Dividend: Bajaj Holdings & Investment Ltd on Friday considered and declared an interim dividend of Rs 110 per equity share of the face value of Rs 10 for the FY ending March 31, 2024. Last trading price of Bajaj Holdings stock is Rs 7126.05 per share with intraday gain of 0.10%. Bajaj Holdings shares jumped 18% in last 6-months, surged 27% YTD, gained 0.88% in last 1-year, and gave a return of 185% in last 3-years. In last 10-years, Bajaj Holdings shares rallied 789%.

According to the BSE filing of the company, "This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e., Friday, 15 September 2023, considered and declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 110 (1100%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10, for the financial year ending 31 March 2024. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the Interim Dividend has been fixed as Friday, 29 September 2023."

The aforesaid Interim Dividend shall be credited / dispatched on or around Friday, 13 October 2023.

5. Maharashtra Scooters Declares Record Date For Interim Dividend: Last trading price of Maharashtra Scooters share is Rs 7507.70 per share with intraday gain of 1.45%. Maharashtra Scooters shares gained 40% in last 3-months, soared 74% in last 6-months, jumped 58% YTD, and rose 42% in last 1-year. In last 2-years, Maharashtra Scooters stock surged 69% and offered shareholders return of 146% in last 3-years.

According to the BSE filing of Maharashtra Scooters dated September 15, 2023, "This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e., Friday, 15 September 2023, considered and declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 110 (1100%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10, for the financial year ending 31 March 2024."

Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the Interim Dividend has been fixed as Friday, 29 September 2023. The aforesaid Interim Dividend shall be credited / dispatched on or around Friday, 13 October 2023.
