BSE 500 Stock: Shareholders To Get Interim Dividend of Rs 12.50; Hold Shares By 13th March To Be Eligible?

"Pursuant to Regulation 30 and all other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Friday, 07th March 2025 has, inter alia, considered and declared the Interim Dividend of ₹ 12.50 per equity share of face value of ₹ 5/- per equity share for the Financial Year 2024-25. The record date for the purpose of payment of dividend shall be Thursday, 13th March 2025, as intimated in our letter dated 4th March 2025, and the interim dividend shall be paid to the eligible shareholders within the stipulated timelines as prescribed under law," said GR Infraprojects in a stock exchange filing.
GR Infraprojects Q3 Financials
For the third quarter ending December 31, 2024, GR Infraprojects reported a 7.8% year-on-year (YoY) rise in net profit of Rs 261.7 crore. GR Infraprojects reported a net profit of Rs 242.7 crore for the same quarter of the prior fiscal year. Revenue from operations for the firm dropped 20.6% to Rs 1,694.5 crore in Q3FY25 from Rs 2,134 crore in Q3FY24. In the third quarter of the current fiscal year, EBITDA fell 27.1% YoY to Rs 369.8 crore from Rs 507.6 crore in the same quarter of FY24.
GR Infraprojects Share Price Target
"GR InfraProjects stock price is slightly bullish on the Daily charts with strong support at 996. A Daily close above resistance of 1060 could lead to a target of 1170 in the near term," highlighted A R Ramachandran, Independent Research Analyst.
