Its primary business is the production of dies, jigs, fixtures, and die-casting components for the automobile industry. Following the company's announcement of Q4 results, a final dividend of Rs. 30 per share, and a special dividend of Rs. 30 for FY25, Maharashtra Scooters' shares finished Thursday's trading session on the NSE 0.043% down at Rs 11,655 per share with a market capitalization of Rs 13.23KCr.

"Kindly further note that final dividend of Rs. 30 per share (300%) of face value of Rs. 10 and a special dividend of Rs. 30 per share (300%) of face value of Rs. 10 on equity shares of the Company have been recommended by the Board of Directors today for the financial year ended 31 March 2025. The said dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be credited / dispatched on or around 27 July 2025 and/or 28 July 2025. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, the record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2025, has been fixed as Friday, 27 June 2025," said Maharashtra Scooters in a stock exchange filing.
The Annual General Meeting of Maharashtra Scooters is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 23 July 2025.
Maharashtra Scooters Q4 Results
Net sales for the firm increased 28.38% from Rs. 5.18 crore in the March 2024 quarter to Rs. 6.65 crore in the quarter that ended on March 31, 2025. In Q4FY25, the company's total profit was Rs. 51.63 crore, up 51530% from Q4FY24's Rs. 0.10 crore. EBITDA increased 602.9% from Rs. 0.69 crore in the year-ago quarter to Rs. 4.85 crore in the quarter under review. The fourth-quarter profit before tax for FY25 was Rs 62.05 crore, which was significantly more than the Rs 0.17 crore reported for Q4 of FY24. During the quarter, total costs fell 52.49% YoY to Rs 2.38 crore. While sales dropped 17.69% to Rs 183.33 crore in FY25 compared to FY24, the company's consolidated net profit climbed 7.54% to Rs 214.35 crore over the course of the full year ended 31 March 2025.

"Maharashtra Scooters continues to ride a strong uptrend, supported by consistent higher highs and volume strength. As long as the stock holds above ₹11,500, the overall structure remains bullish. Possible upside targets lie at ₹12,200 and ₹12,500. RSI remains healthy, indicating sustained strength. Dips toward ₹11,600-₹11,700 can offer fresh buying opportunities. Investors with a short-to-medium term horizon may consider holding with a stop-loss at ₹11,400," commented Riyank Arora - Technical Analyst - Mehta Equities Limited.
