In a regulatory filing, HB Stockholdings Ltd. said, "The record date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of the share holders to receive dividend, if declared, at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and for casting votes by members, holding shares either in physical form or demateralised form through Remotee-voting/e-voting during the meeting shall be Saturday, 12th August, 2023 ("Record Date").The dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the share holders whose name appears in the register of members of the Company and in the record of depositoriesas on the Record Date."
