In the month of February most of the companies posted 3QFY23 December number and made announcements of bonus issues, dividends or stock splits. They even had fixed the record dates for the same.

The companies who had shared record date that was set for this week are given below.

K.P. Energy, and Gujarat Toolroom Limited, will be doing a stock split. Rhetan TMT will undergo a stock split followed by issuance of bonus shares in the ratio of 11:4. Aschom Investment Ltd will be issuing bonus. While Hinfuja Global and Marico will be sharing dividends. By March 10, 2023 all the given companies will have passed their record dates.

A record date, is a cut-off date set by the company to determine the shareholders eligible to pay dividends, bonuses or stock split proceeds. The record date is required to figure out, which shareholder is holding how much proportion, as a shareholder of an equity traded stock.
