Kama Holdings Declared Bonus Issue On Sept 1, 2023: As per the exchange filing of Kama dated September 1, 2023, "In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors at their meeting held today (started at 11:00 a.m. and concluded at 01:45 p.m.) inter-alia considered and approved Increase in the Authorised Share Capital and Bonus Issue of Equity Shares in the proportion of 4 (Four) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 (One) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each held by the shareholders of the Company as on the record date, subject to the approval of shareholders through Postal Ballot in compliance with the applicable laws."

Kama Holdings Traded Ex-Dividend: Kama Holdings announced an attractive dividend of Rs 82 per share earlier this year and it traded ex-dividend on August 31, 2023. As per the regulatory filing of the company dated August 23, 2023, "We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today has declared interim dividend @ 820% i.e. Rs. 82 per share on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company.
