L&T Technology Services said its Board of Directors have recommended a final dividend of 1,500 % i.e. Rs. 30/- per equity share of face value of Rs 2.00/- each, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company.

"Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Friday, July 7, 2023, as the "Record Date" for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to receive dividend for the financial year 2022-23. The Final Dividend if approved at the AGM shall be paid by the Company on or after July 24, 2023," L&T Technology Services informed stock exchanges while announcing the record date for the above-mentioned dividend.
