Samor Reality Limited announced rights issue
Samor Reality Limited is a small medium enterprise incorporated in December 2020 that operates as a real estate company. It has a market cap of Rs 52.68 crore and today in board meeting it was decided to "Issuance of equity shares having a face value of Rs 10 each by way of a rights issue to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company as on the record date (to be notified subsequently) for an amount not exceeding Rs 30 Crores in accordance with the SEBI Regulations, 2018, as amended, the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws, at such price and on such terms and conditions as may be decided by the Board."
Its latest stock price is Rs 49 per share, which is up by 16.95% over previous day's closing price.
