1:10 Stock Split: Small Cap Stock Below Rs 50 Declares Stock-Split, Scrip Hits 5% Upper Circuit

Small Cap Tyres company, Tirupati Tyres Ltd. on Thursday, July 27, 2023, has announced a sub-division/split of existing equity shares of the company into 1:10 ratio i.e. 1 equity share having face value of Rs 10/-each fully paid up into 10 equity shares having face value of Rs 1 each fully paid up. The Record date for the Split-Split is not fixed.

Stock Split

According to the regulatory filing by the Board of Directors of Tirupati Tyres Ltd., "Sub-division/split of existing equity shares of the company from 1 (One) equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- each (Rupees Ten only) fully paid up into 10 (Ten) equity shares having face value of Rs. 1/- each (Rupees One only) fully paid up and subsequent changes in Capital clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company, subject to approval of members of the Company."

Furthermore, "The Record Date for the proposed sub-division/split shall be decided by the board and will be intimated to the stock exchange in due course."
