1:1 Bonus Shares Declared For The 1st Time: To Be Credited By April 07; Should You Buy More?
A small-cap NBFC, Capital Trade Links Ltd. has a market value of Rs 258.68 Cr. The company offers credit facilities to individuals and companies, including sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, and other legal entities. The BSE saw Capital Trade Links' shares close at Rs 40.18 on Friday, up 0.83%. The shares of NBFC hit a 52-week high of Rs 65.64 on July 16, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rs 32.51 on April 6, 2024.

Capital Trade Links Bonus Shares
The Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held on February 07, 2025 "Considered and recommended issue of Bonus Equity Shares in the proportion of 1:1 i.e. (One) bonus equity share of Re.1/- (Rupee One) each for every 1 (One) existing equity share of Re.1/- (Rupee One) each fully paid up, held by the shareholders of the Company as on the record date, subject to the approval of shareholders through Postal Ballot," said Capital Trade Links in a stock exchange filing.
Rs. 6,43,80,000/- divided into 6,43,80,000/- equity shares of Re. 1/- each fully paid up is the total number of securities proposed to be issued or the total amount for which the securities will be issued as bonus shares.
"Subject to obtaining Shareholders approval and other Statutory/Regulatory approvals, as may be necessary, the Bonus shares shall be credited/ dispatched within 2 months from the date of the Board approval i.e. on or before April 07, 2025," the company informed stock exchanges.
Capital Trade Links Q3 Financials
Capital Trade Links' net profit dropped 60.43% to Rs 2.22 crore in the December 2024 quarter from Rs 5.61 crore in the December 2023 quarter. In the quarter that ended in December 2024, sales fell 45.88% to Rs 6.43 crore from Rs 11.88 crore in the quarter that ended in December 2023.
Capital Trade Links Share Price Target
"Capital Trade Links stock price is bearish on the Daily charts with strong resistance at 46.5. A Daily close below support of 35.9 could lead to a target of 27 in the near term," commented A R Ramachandran, Independent Research Analyst.
