GNA Axles Issues New Record Date For Dividend: As per the BSE filing of GNA Axles dated July 25, "This is in continuation of our letter dated July 21, 2023 regarding the intimation of Record Date for the purpose of payment of Dividend. In this regard we wish to inform you that due to some technical issue the record date for the payment of Dividend @ Rs. 6/- per Equity share on 2,14,65,400 Equity Shares of the Company has been revised to Saturday September 2, 2023."

GNA Axles Revises Record Date For Bonus Share: As the BSE filing of GNA Axles dated July 25, "This is in continuation of our letter dated July 21, 2023 regarding the intimation of Record Date for the purpose of Issuance of Bonus shares by the Company. In this regard we wish to inform you that due to some technical issue the record date for the issuance of Bonus Shares has been changed from August 11, 2023 to Saturday September 2, 2023 for determining eligibility of the shareholders for issuance of Bonus Equity Share of the Company in the proportion of 1 (One) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 (One) existing Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, subject to the approval of shareholders which is being obtained through Postal Ballot.."

GNA Axles in its July 1, 2023 BSE filing informed that it will consider proposal of issuance of bonus shares and since then shares of the company soared 26%.
