Small Cap IT Stock Turning Ex-Dividend Next Week For Special & Final Dividend, Shares Fall 5.59%

The shares of Datamatics Global Services Ltd. on Tuesday dropped 5.59% on the BSE. The stock is set to trade ex-dividend next week for a special and final dividend. The Board of Directors of the company has recently, on Sept 01, 2023, fixed the record date as Sept 22, 2023, for the dividend.

The Board of Directors of the company on April 28, 2023, recommended a final dividend of 75% and a special dividend of 25%. It is a small cap IT-enabled services company. It has a market cap of Rs 3,265.50 Crore.

According to the regulatory filing by the Board of Directors of Datamatics Global Services Ltd., "The Board has recommended, subject to approval of shareholders, final dividend of Rs. 3.75/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 5/- each and special dividend of Rs. 1.25/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 5/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023."

The shares closed at Rs 553.95 apiece, down 5.59% on the BSE. It touched intraday high of Rs 592 apiece and intraday low of Rs 539.35 apiece on the BSE.
