Booth Level Officers appointed by the commission will keep printed copies of the draft rolls for every polling station. Along with the main list, the commission will publish a separate roster of names removed from the rolls. This list will help families track deletions that may follow deaths, migration or other reasons. Officials expect voters to check both entries and deletions carefully and raise objections within the allowed period.

People who cannot trace their names in the draft electoral rolls, especially against family records from the 2002 lists when the last Special Intensive Revision was held in Bengal, will be called for hearings.
