Upcoming Dividends, Stock Splits, Bonus Issues Next Week: The Indian stock market investors will closely track stocks like HDFC AMC, Power Finance Corporation (PFC), Thyrocare Technologies Limited, and Unison Metals Limited, etc next week. These companies have have fixed record dates for corporate actions like dividend, bonus issues and stock splits during the week between 24 and 28 November.

Nifty and Sensex were on track to end the week with significant gains, but Friday's profit booking kept Nifty at 26,068 and Sensex at 85,231. Nifty reclaimed its all-time high mark of 2025 by hitting above 26,200 during the week. As we prepare for the RBI MPC repo rate cut announcement in next 15 days and the release of key US economic data, the stock market is likely to remain volatile in the coming week.

Upcoming Dividend: PFC, Meera Industries, More

PFC, Meera Industries, Aryavan Enterprise, Shyamkamal Investments, etc have fixed record dates for the next week for interim dividend. A record date identifies the eligibility of company investors for corporate actions like dividend, stock split, bonus issue, etc.

Upcoming Bonus Issue: Thyrocare & HDFC AMC

Thyrocare and HDFC AMC have fixed their bonus issue record date for the next week. HDFC AMC has announced a bonus issue in the ratio of 1:1 and fixed 26 November as the dividend record date.

Thyrocare Technologies has announced a bonus issue in the ratio of 2:1 and fixed 28 November as the record date.

Upcoming Stock Split

Unison Metals Limited had announced stock split in the ratio of 10:1. The company has fixed Friday, 28 November, as the record date. Investors who will purchase the company share on or before the record date will be eligible for stock split.

Stock Market Outlook

The Indian stock market is likely to remain firm next week as favourable economic conditions, improved demand outlook and resilient flows will keep the investors sentiment positive.

"IT stocks faced selling pressure due to weakness in US tech shares which overshadowed Nvidia's better-than-expected quarterly results, adding to the drag on domestic technology counters. Market sentiment was further pressured by fresh ambiguity around U.S. monetary policy. September employment data showed stronger job additions, diminishing the likelihood of a December rate cut. Meanwhile, the Indian rupee slid to a new all-time low against the U.S. dollar amid weak risk appetite and fading expectations of a Fed rate reduction. The currency reached 88.83, breaching its previous record of 88.80 touched in late September and earlier this month," Motilal Oswal's Siddhartha Khemka, explained the factors that impacted the Indian stock market last week.

"Overall, we expect markets to remain firm next week supported by buying on dips, improving demand outlook in Q3 and resilient flows. Any progress on the India-US trade talks would be a key short term catalyst for the markets," Khemka added.
