Upcoming Dividend, Stock Split, Bonus Issue Next Week: The Indian stock market kept buzzing as the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) kickstarted the earnings season for the September quarter of the financial year 2025-26. Apart from the upcoming Q2 results, investors will be closely monitoring the corporate actions like dividends, stock splits, bonus issues and demergers.

Tata Group trio, ie Tata Investments, Tata Motors, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), will remain in focus next week for dividend, stock split, and spinoff record dates. Additionally, shares of Anand Rathi Wealth Limited, Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, Narmada Macplast Drip Irrigation Systems Ltd, Gokul Agro Resources Ltd, Concord Control Systems Ltd, etc will also trade ex-record date coming week for corporate actions.

The Indian stock market is likely to react towards the US President Donald Trump's additional tariff threats to China and the ongoing geopolitical scenario. Additionally, there must be reactions by investors to the ongoing extended US shutdown.

"Nifty50 edged higher by 104 points to close at 25,285 (+0.4%), amid improving global sentiment, supported by easing geopolitical tensions as Israel and Hamas agreed on the first stage of a ceasefire plan, along with signs of progress in a potential India-US trade deal. Renewed foreign portfolio investor (FPI) buying over the past three sessions (cumulating to Rs2,830cr) also boosted sentiment. Additionally, India and the UK announced multiple collaborations across sectors including education, critical minerals, climate change, and defence," noted Siddhartha Khemka - Head of Research, Wealth Management, Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd.

Upcoming Dividend Record Date

Tata Consultancy Services, Elecon Engineering Company Limited, and Anand Rathi Wealth Limited stocks will trade ex-dividend next week. TCS earlier had announced an interim dividend of Rs 11 per equity share for FY26. Meanwhile, Elecon Engineering Company Ltd will fix the eligibility of its shareholders for interim dividend of Rs 0.5 per equity share.

Upcoming Stock Split Record Date

Tata Investment Corporation Limited, Gokul Agro Resources Limited, Welcure Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Limited, Rolex Rings, etc, shares will trade ex-date for stock split. Tata Investment has announced a stock split in the ratio of 10 is to 1.

Upcoming Bonus Issue Record Date

Concord Control Systems, and Welcure Drugs and Pharmaceutical Limited have fixed record date for bonus issue. Conocord had earlier announced a bonus issue in the ratio of 3:5, whereas Welcure Drugs had announced a bonus issue in the ratio of 1:10.
