UP Voter List 2003: Fill Enumeration Form, Check Your Name In SIR Electoral Roll & Download Voter Id Online

The Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the voter list in Uttar Pradesh is in full swing, with enumeration forms distributed to nearly 9.38 crore of the state's 15.44 crore voters since the exercise began on November 4. This accounts for around 60% of the total voter base, according to Uttar Pradesh Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Navdeep Rinwa.

However, 13 districts inlcuding Kanpur Nagar, Moradabad, Mahoba, Kanpur Dehat, Agra, Unnao, Jaunpur, Lucknow, Amroha, Varanasi, Mirzapur, Deoria and Rae Bareli have reported slower progress, having distributed less than 50% of the forms so far. The CEO has directed District Election Officers (DEOs) in these districts to accelerate the process and ensure 100% form distribution by November 15.

Additionally, voters have the option to fill out enumeration forms online by visiting the official voter portal, voters.eci.gov.in and logging in with their voter ID number and registered mobile number.

Steps To Search Voter Names in 2003 Voter List in Uttar Pradesh

Follow these step-by-step instructions to check and verify your voter information online:

1. Visit the official website of the Chief Electoral Officer, Uttar Pradesh at https://ceo.up.nic.in
2. On the homepage, click on the link for 'Electoral Roll (Special Summary Revision 2025)' or the relevant voter list section. A list of all districts in Uttar Pradesh will appear.
3. Select your district where you or your family members are registered as voters.
4. Choose your Assembly Constituency (AC) from the list that appears.
5. Click on the polling station corresponding to your locality or area.
6. Select the 'Final Roll' or 'Draft Roll' option next to your polling station.
7. Enter the captcha code displayed on the screen and click 'Verify'.
8. The PDF document of the voter list will open, showing the names and details of all registered voters for that polling booth.

Voters can now locate their polling booths by entering their locality or area names directly on the website, displaying all relevant polling station voter lists on one screen.

This eliminates the earlier inconvenience of downloading multiple files to verify names manually. The ECI has stated that this update will make voter verification much easier, especially for those who may not recall their exact polling booth or voting centre name.

Voter Helpline Number 1950

In a move to enhance voter engagement, CEO Rinwa directed all DEOs to promote the "Book a Call" facility, designed to help voters connect directly with election officers for queries related to the revision process. The facility will operate in a manner similar to the Voter Helpline 1950, offering assistance and ensuring better communication between voters and officials.

UP CEO Orders Use of Latest BLO App for Real-Time Voter Enumeration Tracking

UP CEO Rinwa also instructed DEOs to direct Booth Level Officers (BLOs) to download the updated version (8.73) of the BLO app from the Play Store and to continuously mark the voters to whom forms are being distributed. This process will enable real-time progress updates through the online monitoring system.

Inspections were carried out at booths 401 to 404 in Vinay Khand, Gomtinagar, and surprise visits were made at booths 405 to 410 in Vivek Khand to ensure that the enumeration work and voter awareness efforts were being conducted properly.
