Season 3 picks up after the harrowing events of Season 2, with Gi-hun, played by Lee Jung-jae, returning to the game not to win money but to dismantle the cruel system from the inside.

Creator Hwang Dong-hyuk has promised the darkest and most emotionally complex season yet, which will explore themes of revenge and morality. One can expect shocking twists, extremely violent games, and ethically challenging decisions that push the characters and viewers to the edge.

A grand finale celebration is planned for Seoul and Taiwan on July 6.

While Squid game Season 3 is the end of the main story, series creator Hwang Dong-hyuk has teased the possibility of Squid Game spin-offs. However, nothing has been officially confirmed yet.
