-Karishma Kapoor's kids have alleged discrepancies around the information related to Sunjay Kapur's will. "What has triggered this suit is that all along the plaintiffs were told that there was no will. Some of the property is held by a trust. After some time, it was decided that a meeting was to be organised at Taj Mansingh in Delhi for discussing the trust. In a conversation regarding the proposed meeting, the ex-wife [Karisma Kapoor] was informed that present at the meetng would be executor of the will. On inquiry, the ex-wife was told that there was no will," noted Mahesh Jethmalani, advocate representing the Kapur children in court.
-On demanding access to all the documents related to Sunjay Kapur's will, Priya Kapur refused to do so, claimed Jethmalani on court, reported Bar and Bench.
-"The will is not registered. The father (Sunjay Kapur) was meticulous in securing the properties of the children. It is a fact that this will is not registered. So, we have a document that suddenly comes up and the most surprising is that the children are totally left out," Bar and Bench quoted Jethmalani.
