Q1 Results Today: Amid the ongoing earnings season, Nestle India, Bajaj Finance, Canara Bank, Indian Bank, APL Apollo Tubes, Adani Energy Solutions, ACC, Cyient, Ujjwal Small Finance Bank, and V-Mart Retail will announce their first quarter results for financial year 2025-26.

Nestle India

Nestle India will report its first quarter earnings in the financial year 2025-26. Earnings of FMCG giants like Nestle India not just provide insight to its business performance for the quarter, but will also help analysts get a glimpse of how the economy is performing.

Nestle India shares closed 0.41% higher at Rs 2452.80 per share on BSE on Wednesday. The Maggi noodles maker reported a 2% volume growth in the March quarter of financial year 2024-25, with its net profit standing at Rs 885 crore, which was 5% lower than Rs 934 crore reported in the March quarter of FY24.

Bajaj Finance

Bajaj Finance shares will be in focus on Thursday ahead of the announcement of its June quarter results. The company shares closed 1.66% higher at Rs 968.2 per share on BSE on Wednesday.

The company had reported a 34% annual increase in its net interest income of Rs 823 crore in the fourth quarter of financial year 2024-25. Bajaj Finance witnessed a 34% year-on-year increase from its Rs 629 crore of NII. The bank's net assets under management jumped by 26% annually to Rs 1,14,684 crore.

Canara Bank

Canara Bank shares will be in focus today ahead of the bank Q1FY26 result announcement. The bank shares closed 0.23% lower at Rs 107.8 per share on BSE on Wednesday. Its net profit increased by 33% annually to Rs 5,003 crore in the March quarter of financial year 2024-25. Canara Bank's total interest income was Rs 31,002.04 crore, up 7.62% YoY against Rs 28,807.35 crore.

Adani Energy Solutions

Adani Energy Solutions shares closed 0.49% higher at Rs 863.05 per share on BSE on Wednesday. Its net profit increased by a 79% year on year (YoY) basis to Rs 647 crore in the March quarter for financial year 2024-25. The company profit was driven by stronger EBITDA growth and reversal of net deferred tax liability.
