Step 1: First, take your original winning Kerala lottery ticket and sign on the back. Along with your signature, also write your full name and address clearly.

Step 2: If your prize amount is more than Rs. 5,000, you need to visit either the District Lottery Office or the Directorate of State Lotteries. You must carry your original ticket, a filled claim form, two passport-size photos, a self-attested copy of your ID proof (like Aadhaar or Voter ID), and your PAN card.

Step 3: If you have won up to Rs. 1 lakh, you can claim the prize from the District Lottery Office. If your prize is between Rs. 1 lakh and Rs. 20 lakh, you need to approach the Deputy Director (Prize). For prizes above Rs 20 lakh, your claim must be submitted to the Director of State Lotteries in Thiruvananthapuram.
