Kerala Lottery Result On 30-11-2025 For Samrudhi SM 31 Lucky Draw DECLARED: Winning Numbers List

The Kerala Lottery result for lucky draw Samrudhi SM 31 has been announced on November 30, at Gorky Bhavan, Near Bakery Junction, Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram. The first prize is eligible for Rs 1 crore, while the second and third prize winners are eligible for Rs 25 lakh and Rs 5 lakh. The winners can claim their prizes depending upon the amount they win.

For instance, if your winning amount is less than Rs 5,000, winners can claim the amount at any lottery shop in Kerala by giving the winning ticket. However, if your winning amount is more than Rs 5,000, then they have to surrender their tickets before the bank or government lottery office with id proof for the claim.

There is 30% tax rate and 10% agent commission levied on the top three prizes.

The fourth prize is of Rs 5,000 and a consolation prize is going to be offered in the series of MA, MB, MC, MD, ME, MF, MG, MH, MJ, MK, ML, MM. However, winning amount below Rs 5,000 are -- fifth prize of Rs 2,000, sixth prize of Rs 1,000, seventh prize of Rs 500, eighth prize of Rs 200, and ninth prize of Rs 100.

The first prize winning ticket is MH 664122, while second and third prize winning tickets are MK 627159 and MM 258713 respectively.

How To Claim Kerala Lottery Samrudhi Prizes?

According to the guidelines, the prizes of Rs.1,00,000/- and below may be claimed from the District Lottery Offices /Lottery sub offices. The prize winners of outside state of Kerala should present their prize claim of Rs.1,00,000/- and above before the Director of State Lotteries.

Furthermore, it added, the prize winners should record their name and signature in the space provided on the reverse side of the ticket. Payment of prize money will
be made only after ascertaining the genuineness of the tickets with counterfoils or by any other method as decided by the Director from time to time.

Key documents to submit along with the winning tickets are:

1. A claim application along with a Photostat copy of both sides of the ticket, self-attested.

2. Two Passport size photographs of the prize-winner duly attested by a Gazetted Officer/Notary.

3. A receipt for the prize money in the prescribed form affixing a revenue stamp worth Rs.1/- with the full address of the prize winner (download).

4. If the prize winner is a minor, a Guardianship certificate from a competent authority.

5. In case of joint claims, one of the prize-winners should be authorized to receive the prize money and a 'Joint Declaration in stamp paper worth Rs. 50/- should be executed.

6. Self-attested copies of the PAN Card.

7. Attested document to prove identity ( Attested copy of Ration Card, Driving License, Passport, Election ID Card, etc).
