The first prize winner will receive Rs 1 crore, followed by Rs 30 lakh and Rs 5 lakh as second and third prizes. However, it is worth noting that a winning amount above Rs 5,000 can be claimed from banks or government offices by submitting the lottery ticket and providing the necessary ID proofs.
Furthermore, the consolation prize is of Rs 5,000, while the fourth prize is also Rs 5,000. The fifth and sixth prize amounts are Rs 2,000 and Rs 1,000, respectively. The last three prizes are Rs 500, Rs 200 and Rs 100 as seventh, eighth and ninth.

1. A claim application along with a Photostat copy of both sides of the ticket, self-attested.
2. Two Passport-size photographs of the prize-winner duly attested by a Gazetted Officer/Notary.
3. A receipt for the prize money in the prescribed form, affixing a revenue stamp worth Rs 1/- with the full address of the prize winner (download).
4. If the prize winner is a minor, a Guardianship certificate from a competent authority.
5. In case of joint claims, one of the prize-winners should be authorised to receive the prize money and a 'Joint Declaration' in stamp paper worth Rs. 50/- should be executed.
The prize winners are advised to verify the winning numbers with the results published in the Kerala Government Gazette and surrender the winning tickets within 90 days.
