A Jio spokesperson highlighted the company's commitment to maintaining critical connectivity in most areas. They acknowledged the importance of reliable communication for accessing emergency services and staying in touch with family. To support users, Jio is offering a three-day validity extension for prepaid mobile and JioHome subscribers with expiring plans this week.
Jio's measures include unlimited voice calls and 2GB of high-speed data per day at no extra cost for mobile users. JioHome subscribers will also benefit from an additional three days of their last valid plan without any extra charges. Postpaid mobile and JioHome users will receive a three-day grace period for bill payments to prevent service disruptions.
Airtel's Support Initiatives

Prepaid customers with plans expiring this week will receive a three-day extension with unlimited calls and 1GB of data per day, even if they cannot recharge.
Airtel stated that postpaid and broadband customers would be granted a three-day grace period on bill payments to ensure continuous service. The company emphasised the importance of staying connected during these difficult times. Airtel's teams are actively working on restoring services as quickly as possible.
