IT Stock In Focus As Board To Discuss Name Change, New Subsidiary On 23rd Sept Board Meet
Bartronics India Ltd a small cap company in the IT sector has declared that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 23rd September, 2025 to discuss and consider various business matters.

The Board will consider and approve entering into an agreement with Huwel Life Sciences Private Limited in relation to a proposed strategic investment to support growth and collaborative business opportunities, subject to necessary approvals, investment proposals, and related matters, proposal to apply for name change of the company, consider and approve incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary and related matters, and any other matter with the permission of the chair, as per Bartronics India.
Following the above announcement, the shares of Bartronics India surged to an intraday high of Rs 15.90 on Friday, 19th September marking a gain of nearly 5% from the previous close. After opening at Rs 15.66 Bartronics India shares were trading at an upside gap of 3.17% during the afternoon trade at Rs 15.63 with a market cap of over Rs 476 Cr.
With a rise of about 33% from its 52-week low of Rs 11.77 on September 2, 2025, the stock is now trading at Rs 15.65, reflecting a modest rebound from the low. At a discount of almost 39% away from the peak, it is still well below its 52-week high of Rs 25.84, which was reached on October 11, 2024. The stock has recovered from its recent lows and demonstrated resilience, although it has not yet regained the higher values that were observed earlier in the year.
