IRB Infrastructure has reported a 9% increase in toll revenue to Rs 682 crore in October 2025, compared to Rs 624 crore last year. Key contributors include IRB MP Expressway and IRB Golconda Expressway.
IRB Infrastructure reported a 9% increase in toll revenue for October 2025, reaching Rs 682 crore. This marks a rise from Rs 624 crore in the same month the previous year. The revenue includes collections from two sponsored InvITs: IRB InvIT Fund Public InvIT and IRB Infrastructure Trust Private InvIT, according to an exchange filing.

The IRB MP Expressway in Maharashtra was the top contributor among IRB's 22 BOT and ToT assets. It generated Rs 150.5 crore in October, up from Rs 142.6 crore in October 2024. The IRB Golconda Expressway Hyderabad ORR followed with Rs 73.8 crore, an increase from Rs 67 crore last year.
Revenue Growth Across Key Assets
Another significant contributor was the IRB Ahmedabad Vadodara Super Express Tollway, which saw its revenue rise to Rs 73 crore in October 2025 from Rs 66.2 crore in October 2024. These figures highlight the strong performance of IRB's key assets during this period.
Amitabh Murarka, Dy. CEO of IRB Infra, stated, "After a strong performance in the first half of FY26, the third quarter has also commenced on a positive trajectory. October 2025 witnessed robust toll revenue growth across all our assets under IRB Infra and our two sponsored InvITs, despite the impact of an extended monsoon."
Positive Outlook for Traffic Growth
Murarka expressed optimism about future traffic growth, noting that with the extended monsoon season over, they anticipate continued momentum in traffic growth in the coming months. This outlook suggests sustained revenue growth for IRB Infrastructure.
IRB Infrastructure is recognised as India's first multi-national integrated transport infrastructure player within the highways segment. The company's consistent revenue growth underscores its pivotal role in India's transport infrastructure sector.
