HUL Q2 FY26 Results: Revenue Up 5.1%, Net Profit Rises 6.5%; Shares Gain 1.55% Today
FMCG giant Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) announced its Q2 FY26 financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, reporting consistent growth despite macroeconomic headwinds. The company reported a revenue from operations of Rs. 16,054 crore, which jumped 5.1% year-on-year (YoY) and 2.2% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) due to steady demand recovery across key categories.

HUL's total income rose to Rs. 16,748 crore in Q2 FY26, compared to Rs. 16,415 crore in the previous quarter and Rs. 15,917 crore in the same period last year, rising 2.0% QoQ and 5.2% YoY.
The company continued to maintain cost discipline, with total expenses at Rs. 12,599 crore, slightly higher than Rs. 12,486 crore in Q1 FY26, due to efficient cost management amid volatile commodity prices.
On the profitability front, Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at Rs. 3,823 crore, up from Rs. 3,621 crore in Q1 FY26 and Rs. 3,434 crore in Q2 FY25. The Net Profit (PAT) grew to Rs. 2,894 crore, showing a 3.5% QoQ and 6.5% YoY increase.
HUL Declares Interim Dividend for FY26
Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has announced an interim dividend of Rs. 19 per share for the financial year ending March 31, 2026.
The company's Board of Directors has fixed Friday, November 7, 2025, as the record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for receiving the dividend. The payout will be made to eligible shareholders on Thursday, November 20th
HUL Q1 FY26 Performance Recap
Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) reported a 6% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit, reaching Rs 2,768 crore for Q1 FY26 (April-June 2025), driven by lower tax outgo and volume-led growth across major product categories.
The company's total revenue rose 5% to Rs 16,323 crore, with underlying volume growth (UVG) at 4% and underlying sales growth (USG) at 5%, according to a stock exchange filing.
Excluding exceptional items, profit after tax fell 5% year-on-year to Rs 2,526 crore. Meanwhile, EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs 3,718 crore, slightly down from Rs 3,744 crore in the same quarter last year. The EBITDA margin contracted by 130 basis points to 22.8%, in line with HUL's guidance, reflecting continued investment in business expansion.
