The $100,000 fees on H-1B visas come as a nail in the coffin for Indian IT companies that have substantial exposure in the US. Since that time, US President Donald Trump has taken the White House for a second tenure, his agenda of 'America First' has played a key role, and it is the immigrant workers who are bearing the cost, especially Indians who have the largest exposure in the H-1B visa. And it isn't just workers; Indian tech players have significant approvals in H-1B visas in 2025.

H1B Visa: Top 25 Companies Who Hiked Their H-1B Visas In 2025: Full List

Firstly, the H-1B visa program was put in place to enable temporary opportunities for workers from foreign lands, into the USA to perform additive, high-skilled functions.

But the Trump administration believes this program has been deliberately exploited to replace, rather than supplement, American workers with lower-paid, lower-skilled labour.

"The large-scale replacement of American workers through systemic abuse of the program has undermined both our economic and national security," Trump said in his statement at White House.

According to him, the information technology (IT) firms have prominently manipulated the H-1B system, significantly harming American workers in computer-related fields.

Data from the White House revealed that the share of IT workers in the H-1B program grew from 32 percent in Fiscal Year (FY) 2003 to an average of over 65 percent in the last 5 fiscal years.

Additionally, he said, "Some of the most prolific H-1B employers are now consistently IT outsourcing companies."

That being said, who are these top employers of H-1B visas?
