First-Ever Dividend Announced! HDB Financial Services To Consider Dividend, Q2FY26 Result On THIS Date
HDB Financial Services Dividend: Non-banking financial company (NBFC), HDB Financial Services Limited, shares came under pressure on Thursday, October 9, a day after the company announced that its board of directors will consider its first-ever dividend next week. The company's board will also release the financial results of the second quarter of the financial year 2025-26.
HDB Financial Services Limited shares closed 0.52% lower at Rs 733 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 60,807.24 per share on BSE on Thursday, October 9. The stock had touched an intraday high mark of Rs 740.35 per share. It dipped to an intraday low mark of Rs 728.60 per share on BSE, which is also its all-time lowest mark.

HDB Financial Services Dividend, Q2FY26 Announcement
The company's board of directors will consider and approve the interim dividend for FY26 on Wednesday, October 15. The company's board will also announce Q2FY26 results of HDB Financial Services.
"A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, to inter alia consider and approve unaudited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025," noted HDB Financial Services in a BSE filing on Wednesday, October 8.
" In compliance with Regulation 29(1) read with Regulation 50(1) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that at the said meeting, the Board would also consider the proposal for Declaration of an Interim Dividend on the equity shares of the Company, for the Financial Year 2025-26," read the press release further.
Given the upcoming corporate action and announcement of quarterly results, the company's trading window will remain shut in securities of the company till Friday, October 17 "for the designated employees and their immediate relatives," as per SEBI regulations.
The company had reported a net profit of Rs 567.79 crore in the June quarter of present financial year, and a net revenue of Rs 4,465.45 crore.
HDB Financials Share Price Trend
The stock ended in red on Thursday. Its valuation has declined nearly 12.8% in three months and by 4.76% since last week. The stock touched its 52-week high mark of Rs 891.65 per share on 3 July, 2025. The stock dipped to its 52-week low mark of Rs 728.60 on 9 October, 2025.
