EaseMyTrip Joins Forces with OneBanc to Digitise and Simplify Corporate Travel Using AI and Real-Time Insights
EaseMyTrip and OneBanc have formed a strategic partnership to enhance corporate travel in India through AI integration, streamlining processes and improving efficiency for business travellers. The collaboration aims to address manual errors and non-compliance issues in travel management while improving employee experiences.
EaseMyTrip and OneBanc have entered into a partnership to integrate corporate travel services with AI-enabled payroll banking systems. The collaboration involves incorporating EMTDesk, EaseMyTrip's travel management tool, into OneBanc's platform to simplify and automate corporate travel workflows. Corporate clients are currently being onboarded to the integrated system.
The integration is designed to improve operational efficiency and transparency in business travel management. EMTDesk offers services such as real-time bookings for flights and hotels, policy-based recommendations, traveller profile management, WhatsApp-based approvals, risk monitoring, vendor coordination, and round-the-clock support.
AI Integration in Corporate Travel
The collaboration incorporates OneBanc's AI-based platform to automate various aspects of corporate travel management. The system is intended to support cost control, ensure policy compliance, and offer data-driven insights for improved decision-making.
By integrating EaseMyTrip's travel services with OneBanc's broader ecosystem-which includes payroll, HRMS, banking, and merchant services-the initiative aims to centralise operational functions within a single framework.

Additionally, non-compliance with travel policies contributes to more than $7 billion in legal and penalty-related costs. The integrated platform seeks to address these challenges by introducing automation and real-time analytics to improve oversight and reduce risks.

The initiative combines travel management tools with automated financial systems to support compliance and operational efficiency.
