Although the tech giant Apple Inc. is yet to launch the iPhone 17 series, enthusiasts are already marvelling over the features of the iPhone 18 series. The iPhone 17 series is expected to be launched in September 2025; however, when Apple will roll out the iPhone 18 family is yet unknown. However, the iPhone 18 series could have a second-generation Apple modem and continue to use Qualcomm.
Apple iPhone 18 Series:
The full iPhone 18 lineup is expected to include the iPhone 18, the low-cost iPhone 18e, the iPhone 18 Air, the iPhone 18 Pro, the iPhone 18 Pro Max, and the all-new iPhone 18 Fold, though naming for the new foldable hasn't been established. That's a lot of iPhones, so the four more expensive models will launch in fall 2026 and the less expensive models will follow in early 2027, as per a report by Mac Rumours.

According to Analytics Insight, Apple usually tweaks designs a little at a time, but iPhone 18 might be different. People are talking about thinner edges around the screen, so it's almost all screen. The notch at the top may also be gone, as Face ID is hidden under the screen, making the front look cleaner.
Also, Mark Gurman an analyst who examines iPhones, said, "The iPhone 18 Pro will also get the second-gen Apple modem. This year's Pro phones will use Qualcomm still. The slim phone though will use the first gen Apple modem, like the 16E."
He added, "Apple's first foldable phone will be book-style, use Touch ID not Face ID, use a C2 modem, have four total cameras and only use eSIM. The screen's crease is less visible than current foldables. Recently, Apple changed display from on-cell to in-cell touch."
Meanwhile, Tipster Instant Digital, who is popular for leaking iPhones, recently stated that Apple will likely keep the Camera Control feature in upcoming iPhones, including the iPhone 18 series; however, it will be redesigned.

As per various reports, the iPhone 18 series could be launched next year in September. However, Mac Rumours also pointed out that the iPhone 18 series could be launched in two batches -- iPhone 18 Pro, Pro Max, Fold in fall 2026 --- followed by --- iPhone 18, iPhone 18e in Spring 2026.
Apple iPhone 18, iPhone 18e, iPhone 18 Air, iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max Price:
As per Mac Rumours, the foldable iPhone could cost nearly twice as much as the iPhone 16 Pro Max, and Apple could price it somewhere between $1,800 and $2,500, which is double what the iPhone 16 Pro costs.
Apple Inc has not made any official statement on the iPhone 18 series till now. Hence, GoodReturns could not confirm the above-mentioned speculations.
