According to reports, iPhone 17e, the cheapest model in iPhone 17 series, is expected to be launched in early 2026. The reports said that Apple is likely to rush things in case of iPhone 17e.
As per a report by Jeff Pu, an analyst at GF Securities, iPhone 17e will get a camera upgrade, specifically featuring a 18MP selfie camera just like other iPhone 17 phones. The new upgraded camera will be equipped with square sensor that will allow users to click vertical or horizontal selfies without moving the phone. Also, iPhone 17e could feature A19 chip like other 17 phones.
Pu is expecting the launch of iPhone 17e in mid-of-Q12026. The possible month could be February 2026.
