Adani Green Energy's net consolidated profit increased by 31 % to Rs 824 crore in the June quarter for FY26 from Rs 629 crore reported in the June quarter for the financial year 2024-25. Whereas the company's net revenue from power supply stood at Rs 3,312, up 30 % from Rs 2,528 crore reported in the year-ago period.
Its earnings before interest and taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA), surged by 31% YoY to Rs. 3,108 crores. Whereas, cash profit increased by 25% YoY to Rs. 1,744 crores.
Adani Energy Solutions' profit after tax (PAT) for the period stood at Rs 538.
Adani Energy Solutions' profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 538 crore in the June quarter against a loss of Rs 1,190.66 crore. The company's revenue from operations stood at Rs 6,819.28 crore against Rs 5,378.55 crore reported in the same period a year ago.
Adani Energy Solutions' EBITDA jumped by 14% to a record high of Rs 2,017 crore during the June quarter. The EBITDA growth of the company was delivered by resilient performance in the transmission and distribution segment and significant contribution from the smart metering business segment.
Adani Green Energy vs Adani Energy Solutions Q1: Operational Performance
Adani Green Energy's operational capacity has expanded by an impressive 45% year-on-year basis to 15.8 Gigawatt, according to the company's press release. With this, the company has reiterated its confidence in achieving the 50 GW target by financial year 2029-30.
During the June quarter, the company added around 3,763 MW of solar capacity in Khavda, Gujarat (2,463 MW), Rajasthan (1,050 MW) and Andhra Pradesh (250 MW); 585 MW wind capacity in Khavda and 534 MW of solar-wind hybrid capacity in Khavda.
Adani Green Energy's energy sales surged by 42% annually due to robust capacity additions and strong operational performance.
Adani Energy Solutions added around 79 circuit kilometres (ckm) of total transmission network during the June quarter of FY26, against 190 ckm added in the same quarter in the previous financial year. The firm also managed to reduce its energy distribution loss to 4.24% in Q1FY26 from 5.16% in Q1FY25.
The company has fully commissioned Khavda Phase II Part-A, KPS-1 and Sangod during the quarter. Its Mumbai distribution business reported flat volumes at 2,939 million units due to the early arrival of the monsoon season
